Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design and development of custom mechanical and electro-mechanical products. This role will support projects from concept through production while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment., * Design and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical products from concept through production

• Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation
• Support design validation, product testing, and engineering change processes
• Collaborate with manufacturing, electrical, and project teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Utilize FEA and CFD tools to support product performance and reliability
• Provide technical support for production, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• 5+ years of mechanical or electro-mechanical design experience
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
• Experience with FEA, CFD, and engineering analysis tools preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, BOMs, MRP/ERP systems, and engineering documentation
• Familiarity with industry standards such as UL, NEC, NFPA, ASME, or ISO
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills
• Experience with heat transfer systems, industrial equipment, or custom-engineered products preferred
