Job description

  • In this role, you will lead and drive equipment reliability initiatives by partnering across maintenance, engineering, and operations
  • You will own and improve reliability metrics (uptime, MTBF, MTTR) and analyze data to identify trends and issues
  • Moreover, you will lead root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability risk assessments
  • Further, you will develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • You will apply, own, and drive Lean Production System principles to improve equipment reliability, eliminate waste, and enhance maintenance and operational processes
  • You will support capital projects, design reviews, and MOC processes
  • Also, you will support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve high-impact equipment issues

Requirements

Do you have experience in Reliability analysis?, * Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years, OR 12+ years of directly related experience

  • You must have strong experience in equipment reliability within manufacturing environments
  • You will have experience with RCA, FMEA, CMMS systems, and data-driven maintenance strategies
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and process controls
  • Foundational understanding of Lean Production System principles, with the ability to apply, own, and drive improvements in reliability and maintenance processes Also, you will need to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
