Job description

We are seeking an experienced Integration DevOps Lead to support and manage enterprise integration platforms, CI/CD processes, and DevOps initiatives within a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform engineering, automation, integration technologies, and production support, with expertise in TIBCO and related integration ecosystems. Key Responsibilities

Lead DevOps and platform engineering efforts for enterprise integration environments.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Support and optimize large-scale integration platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage source control repositories and deployment processes using tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Maven, Ant, or similar technologies.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across integration environments.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processes.
Work closely with distributed and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Support database-related activities and integration workflows involving SQL environments.

Requirements

10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Integration Engineering roles.
Strong expertise with enterprise integration platforms, with TIBCO experience highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, automation frameworks, and release management processes.
Experience with source control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
Scripting experience using Shell, Maven, Ant, or similar technologies.
Strong SQL and database environment experience.
Proven experience managing and supporting large-scale integration environments.
Strong troubleshooting, production support, and incident management skills.
Experience working with distributed and offshore teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced environments., * Experience with API management platforms such as Mashery.
Performance testing experience using tools such as JMeter.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise system integrations.
Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware technologies.
