Microsoft Excel Instructor

Deliver exceptional classes with a proven track record. You will:

• Provide classroom instruction to students with varying skill levels virtually via Zoom or Teams, or at Microassist’s classrooms or our client’s training facility.
• Deliver courses focused on Microsoft Excel functionalities, including formulas, charts, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and technical backgrounds.
• Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages questions, collaboration, and active participation.
• Stay current with the latest Excel features and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
• Maintain the operational integrity of training assets for course activities.
• Provide feedback to Microassist’s training team.
• Administer and assess course evaluations for course reflection and improvement.
• Identify additional client needs.

Do you have experience in Zoom?, * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel

• Three years of teaching experience training adult learners
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to motivate others
• Professional acumen

Microassist creates, delivers, and hosts custom training for our clients’ internal and external learners.

Microassist is seeking part-time or contract Excel instructors to teach its clients’ end users, administrators, and power users. Training may be delivered virtually or in a classroom in Austin, Texas, depending on our clients’ needs.
