Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Integrator to support a government Human Resources Office by integrating manpower, personnel, and budget data into actionable business intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical architect responsible for transforming data from multiple enterprise systems into predictive analytics, dashboards, and workforce planning tools that support senior leadership decision-making.

This position requires expertise in data integration, ETL processes, workforce analytics, financial reporting, and dashboard development using Power BI and other analytical tools., Data Integration & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data products integrating manpower and budget information.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple source systems including:
  • General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Full-Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS)
  • Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)
  • Power BI data environments.

Dashboard Development & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain a Leave Without Pay (LWOP) and Return to Duty (RTD) tracking solution.
  • Create centralized dashboards for Quality Step Increases (QSI) and employee awards.
  • Develop reporting tools to monitor military service credit deposit status.
  • Build and maintain vacancy tracking and workforce projection tools with predictive time-to-fill analytics.
  • Develop reconciliation reports identifying discrepancies between personnel and financial systems.
  • Generate and maintain Status of Funds (SoF) dashboards displaying personnel-related budget data.
  • Create workflow tracking tools that monitor personnel and budget requests from initiation through completion.
  • Develop predictive workforce models forecasting retirements, promotions, attrition, staffing shortages, and future budget requirements.

Stakeholder Support

  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, manpower, and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy and business processes.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational requirements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Human Resources Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, workforce analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong ETL and data integration experience.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government installation access and background screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal, military, or Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, manpower analysis, and budget execution processes.
  • Experience with HRIS, ERP, or financial management systems.
  • Familiarity with GFEBS, FTSMCS, and DCPDS.
  • Experience developing predictive analytics and forecasting models.

Pay: $45.00 - $53.00 per hour
