Job description

We’re looking for a Junior AI Engineer who is passionate about building the next generation of AI-driven systems. This role sits within the Connect organization and focuses on hands-on development of agentic AI solutions, infrastructure, and language model applications.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Core Skills (Must-Have)

Strong foundation in software development with exposure to AI/ML

Experience or strong interest in agentic frameworks / autonomous AI systems(key differentiator)

Familiarity with LLMs and language model integrations

Experience building or supporting infrastructure for AI systems

Blended skill set across software engineering and systems administration

Proficiency in at least one programming language such as:

Python (preferred)

Go

C++

Experience Level

~1 year of professional experience (or equivalent hands-on/project experience)

Demonstrated passion for AI (personal projects, GitHub, research, etc.)

Nice to Have

Technical or academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Prior exposure to distributed systems or cloud infrastructure
