Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Foreman specialized in Data Center projects to lead and oversee electrical construction activities on-site. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality electrical installations that meet project specifications and deadlines. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of complex data center electrical systems, ensuring operational excellence from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment., * Lead and supervise electrical installation teams, providing clear direction and ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately.
  • Manage daily construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to meet project milestones.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate tasks and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and construction site safety protocols at all times.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or HeavyBid for project scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting.
  • Conduct routine inspections using tools like ohmmeters to verify electrical systems’ integrity and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Oversee budgeting, procurement of materials, and adherence to contracts while maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Supervise the review of schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supervising experience?, * Proven experience supervising electrical construction projects within data centers or similar high-tech facilities.

  • Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes.
  • Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols governed by OSHA standards.
  • Skilled in project scheduling, management, supervising teams, and coordinating multiple trades effectively.
  • Familiarity with contracts management and budgeting practices for large-scale construction projects.
  • Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics and utilize testing tools like ohmmeters for quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.
  • Construction site experience in data centers or similar infrastructure environments is highly preferred.
