Traveling Electrical Superintendent - Data Centers & Mission Critical Construction

Join a rapidly growing national electrical contractor delivering some of the largest mission-critical data center projects in the country. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects nationwide.

In this leadership role, you will oversee electrical crews, manage daily jobsite operations, drive safety and quality, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, NEC requirements, and industry standards.

Nationwide travel is required. We provide company-paid housing, daily per diem, and a company vehicle or travel allowance for every project assignment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects
• Oversee installation of medium-voltage electrical systems (5kV-35kV) and complex electrical infrastructure
• Manage daily field operations, manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and jobsite coordination
• Ensure all electrical work meets project specifications, NEC requirements, quality standards, and project schedules
• Drive jobsite safety, quality control, productivity, and OSHA compliance
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and utility companies
• Review project progress, identify field challenges, and implement solutions to maintain schedules and productivity
• Maintain accurate daily reports, production updates, schedules, and field documentation
• Support project turnover and successful completion through all phases of construction

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Electrical Foreman
• Experience leading commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center electrical construction projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple electrical crews, subcontractors, and large-scale field operations
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, productivity, and field logistics
• Experience with medium-voltage electrical systems (5kV-35kV) preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, one-line diagrams, specifications, and construction drawings
• Strong working knowledge of NEC requirements and OSHA safety standards
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Willingness to travel nationwide for extended project assignments, * Do you have experience on data center electrical projects?
