Job description
The IT Site Support Analyst is responsible for delivering an exceptional end user experience and providing an optimal lifecycle of our endpoint technology. This role is based in Williston, SC (onsite) and will be responsible for the following:

Resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end users and adhering to established SLA targets.

Effectively manage and prioritize incidents and requests using IT service management and backlog tools to drive timely resolution.

Coordinate and independently handle deployment of computers, printers, and related equipment, supporting smooth onboarding and device upgrades.

Maintain accurate IT asset and CMDB records to support tracking, auditing, and lifecycle management.

Provide coverage for other site-based IT team members during absences, ensuring uninterrupted IT support for users.

Support endpoint and hardware refresh initiatives, upgrades, and other IT improvement efforts.

Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Participate in daily standups, proactively communicating progress, blockers, and risks to keep work moving forward.

Collaborate effectively with technical andnon-technical colleagues to deliver solutions in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service while building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
We’re looking for ahands-onIT professional who thrives in asite-basedsupport environment and takes ownership of delivering a reliable,high-qualityend-userexperience. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancingday-to-daysupport with planned project work, communicates clearly in daily standups, and proactively manages priorities in afast-pacedsetting., + Bachelor’s degree (MIS or Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience, plus at least 3 years installing and maintaining office PC hardware/software

CompTIA A+, Net+ preferred

Proven experience supporting Windows 11 and IP networks

Procure and support iOS devices

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Effective teamwork and customer service skills

Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and changing tasks

Availability to provide after-hours support for major rollouts and system updates
