Enterprise Solutions Architect (Systems Analyst III)

The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to help lead enterprise technology modernization, systems integration, automation, analytics, and solution architecture efforts across the organization.This role serves as a senior technical advisor and cross-functional partner, working closely with executive leadership, departments, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational needs and Citywide priorities. The position plays a key role in improving enterprise interoperability, streamlining business processes, supporting digital transformation, and helping departments make better use of data and technology.
