Job description

Experience as a Network Architect/Network SME, designing and implementing network solutions for various applications
The Network Engineering Lead will lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing network solutions for various applications
Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, focusing on security and access control.
Integrate Cisco ISE with Active Directory, RADIUS, and other network systems.
Develop and implement network security policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
They will be responsible for defining technical requirements, developing network architectures, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients
They will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to fellow engineering RPRC team members and for continuously improving the team’s processes and tools
Lead the design and implementation of network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and other network technologies.
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements, develop network architectures, and identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Develop detailed network design documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and test plans.
Lead the implementation and deployment of the network architecture, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on the implementation of the network architecture, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting processes.
Participate in solution reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure that the solutions meet quality standards.
Ensure that the team delivers high-quality network solutions that meet the needs of our clients and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience with network technologies like LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls.
Experience with network security technologies, such as IPSec, SSL, and firewall rules.
Demonstrated knowledge of network architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
