Job description

MFS Fleet Service is seeking a Salesforce Developer / CRM Systems Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce and related business systems used for customer management, dispatch workflows, billing processes, field technician operations, reporting, and automation.

This role will work closely with operations, dispatch, billing, and management teams to improve internal systems, automate workflows, build dashboards, integrate data, and support business growth.

Duties

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications for CRM, dispatch, billing, customer accounts, service requests, and technician workflows.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and automation.
  • Develop Apex classes, Apex triggers, test classes, Lightning Web Components, and customized Lightning pages.
  • Build Salesforce workflows for customer onboarding, job tracking, technician assignment, ETA tracking, invoice status, service history, and follow-up tasks.
  • Create reports and dashboards for technician performance, job completion time, ETA accuracy, customer volume, invoice aging, regional revenue, and operational KPIs.
  • Support data management, data cleansing, imports/exports, duplicate management, and reporting accuracy.
  • Write SOQL, SQL, and data queries to analyze customer, dispatch, billing, and service data.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and billing systems, dispatch software, GPS/fleet tracking systems, Google Workspace, accounting platforms, and internal tools.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, integration errors, data sync problems, user access issues, and workflow failures.
  • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permissions, roles, security settings, and documentation.
  • Train internal users and support ongoing improvements to CRM and operations systems.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce development, configuration, customization, or administration.
  • Experience with CRM systems, business workflows, reporting, dashboards, automation, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of relational data, system design, API integrations, and business process improvement.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
