IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills to assist users with various IT-related issues., * Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

• Troubleshoot and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software components.
• Assist in the management of IT infrastructure, including networking equipment and servers.
• Installation and Management of firewall systems
• Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document technical processes, procedures, and user guides for future reference.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to enhance system performance and security.

Do you have experience in Linux support?, * Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux is essential.

• Strong understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in a help desk or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users at all levels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and other productivity software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
