Responsibilities

  • Configure, build, test, and support Epic applications
  • Gather business and clinical requirements
  • Perform workflow analysis and optimization
  • Support upgrades, implementations, and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve tickets
  • Participate in integrated testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production support
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams
  • Maintain documentation and build standards

Requirements

  • Active Epic Certification in one or more Epic applications
  • 3+ years of Epic analyst experience
  • Experience with Epic build, support, optimization, or implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple Epic certifications
  • Experience supporting large health systems or academic medical centers
  • Full lifecycle Epic implementation experience
  • Experience with Epic upgrades and application managed services
  • Strong testing and troubleshooting skills
