Network Specialist - NS # WIR

The Network Specialist is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of enterprise network infrastructure. The position ensures continuous network availability, performance, and security while providing technical support to users and departments throughout the organization., * Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN-related problems.
• Provide technical support to end users and departmental staff.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records.
• Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Implement security policies and network access controls.
• Support telecommunications and data communication systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineering staff when required.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and support activities as needed.

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Network troubleshooting

• Routing and switching
• Wireless networking
• TCP/IP networking
• Network monitoring tools
• Customer support and communication, * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years of network support experience
• Network+, CCNA, or equivalent certification preferred
