Job description

Spectrum Software Technology (SST), supporting the FAA Airport Technology Research (ATR) Program, is seeking a Part-Time Microsoft Power Platform Developer. In this role, you will maintain, enhance, and modernize existing PowerApps, SharePoint workflows, and process tracking systems. You will act as the technical backbone for ATR’s operational, administrative, and reporting tools, troubleshooting defects and expanding automation., * Application Maintenance: Enhance and troubleshoot existing PowerApps forms, canvas/model-driven apps, and integrations.

Workflow Automation: Develop, repair, and optimize Power Automate workflows and automated email notification logic.
SharePoint Administration: Configure lists, libraries, permissions, and improve document upload/download functionality.
Security & Governance: Maintain security roles, data integrity, submission logic, and administrative permissions.
Documentation & Training: Update Quick Reference Guides, write technical documentation, and provide user training.
System Optimization: Perform root cause analysis on system defects and recommend process automation opportunities., Key Deliverables
Enhanced Environment: Optimized ATR PowerApps environment and modernized process trackers.
Automation: Fully functional automated notification workflows and approval systems.
Integrations: Improved SharePoint integration and resolved application defects.
Governance: Complete technical documentation and clear governance/administration procedures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Experience: 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience (PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online).

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Dataverse, Power Fx, REST API integrations, M365 administration, and Teams integration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Preferred Skills

Data & Cloud: Experience with SQL Server, Azure Functions, and Power BI.
Development: Knowledge of C# / .NET and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)., * Bachelor’s (Required), * Power Apps: 3 years (Required)
