  • Collaboration with stakeholders to provide updates, adjust due dates, and define scope

Operational Excellence

  • Establish program governance frameworks, rituals, and reporting mechanisms
  • Improve execution processes across intake, planning, sprint alignment, and roadmap tracking
  • Create transparency for leadership through regular status reporting and escalation management
  • Drive intake, prioritization, and sequencing of work across platforms, partnering with product and engineering to align roadmap decisions with delivery capacity and dependencies

Vendor & External Partner Coordination

  • Manage technical execution with external platform vendors and implementation partners
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and timelines across third parties
  • Ensure accountability across all implementation stakeholders

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop direct reports while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and growth opportunities for team members across technical and operational disciplines
  • Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority to drive alignment, execution, and decision-making
  • Build strong working relationships across product, engineering, marketing, analytics, legal, and external partners
