Job description

Join our team as a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to architect and validate advanced navigation and timing solutions for mission-critical applications. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability of embedded systems that keep operators connected and informed in complex, contested environments. Responsibilities

Define and manage comprehensive system requirements and design documentation to ensure project alignment.
Develop and execute rigorous verification test procedures within secure laboratory environments to validate system performance.
Drive technical issue resolution by coordinating cross-functional efforts between software, hardware, and systems engineering teams.
Facilitate peer reviews for design documentation and test protocols to maintain high engineering standards.
Communicate project status and technical progress to key stakeholders and external partners.
Contribute to business development by supporting technical bid and proposal activities for new initiatives.
Optimize internal processes by documenting lessons learned and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.

Strong background in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting complex hardware/software systems.
Proficiency in network connectivity protocols such as TCP/IP and SDWAN.
Experience with PCB assembly and PLC programming environments.
Ability to obtain a US Department of Defense security clearance., * Scripting proficiency in Python for task automation and data analysis.
Experience developing automated test frameworks like Gherkin, Behave, or Robot.
Knowledge of networking security protocols including NTP/PTP, SSL, and TLS.
Background in developing system Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and detailed use cases.
Prior experience in military or defense-related engineering environments.
