Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management Report Developer to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and validating reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion Workforce Management modules, including Time & Labor, Scheduling, and Absence Management., * Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports

  • Create reporting solutions for:

  • Time & Labor
  • Workforce Scheduling
  • Absence Management
  • Develop operational and analytical reports including:

  • Timecard summaries
  • Overtime reporting
  • Shift premium reporting
  • Compliance and workforce analytics
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization activities
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and reporting processes

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workforce management?, The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of Workforce Management processes with hands-on expertise in OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) report development. Experience supporting healthcare or other complex, shift-based workforces is highly preferred., * Experience developing reports within Oracle Fusion HCM

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Workforce Management modules:

  • Time & Labor
  • Scheduling
  • Absence Management
  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • BI Publisher (BIP), including data models and bursting
  • SQL
  • Understanding of Workforce Management subject areas and Oracle Fusion data structures
  • Experience supporting reporting during Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or other shift-based workforce environments
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and time calculation rules
  • Experience with overtime calculations, shift differentials, and compliance reporting
  • Ability to work directly with business users and functional teams to deliver reporting solutions
