Job description

Seeking a highly experienced developer to support advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) capability development in a mission-focused, classified environment. This role will contribute to the design and delivery of low-level, high-impact software and systems supporting national security objectives., Design and develop custom hardware and/or software-based CNO capabilities Lead full lifecycle development including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation Apply deep expertise in networking and cybersecurity concepts to support capability development Provide technical updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards Mentor and guide development teams as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma + 16+ years of experience Bachelor’s + 12+ years Master’s + 10+ years PhD + 8+ years

Strong programming experience with:

Python C and/or C++

Hands-on experience with:

Debugging and troubleshooting complex systems Low-level system internals (Windows, Linux/Unix, mobile, or network devices) TCP/IP networking and socket-level programming Development of CNO capabilities

Proven experience leading or managing development teams
