Job description
Seeking an experienced IT professional to support a fast-paced, customer-oriented organization. This role involves traveling to various Denver-area locations to audit, troubleshoot, install, and resolve equipment and software issues. Open availability and reliable transportation required. Must be able to attend out-of-state training and complete training classes as required., Provide IT support to 18 restaurant locations in Denver, resolving technical issues and managing computers, hardware, and software., · Install, maintain, and repair hardware, software, and devices.
· Respond to service issues and tasks by priority.
· Follow company policies, standards, and procedures.
· Communicate upgrades to management.
· Report equipment issues and assist with budgeting.
· Perform basic troubleshooting.
· Complete monthly technology audits.
· Whitelist devices for access.
· Replace or re-image equipment as needed.
· Review Atos calls and coach to improve processes. Use SHERLOCK software.
· Use MOST and RRM to maintain device health.
· Support technology reinvestment plans.
· Support successful, timely project delivery.
· Lead intake and communication of project requests.
· Facilitate conflict resolution.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · Must lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
· 1-2 years’ IT support experience required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Professional, organized, and efficient.
· Problem-solving skills required.
· Hands-on IT knowledge: Windows, Mac, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, networks, VPN, etc.
· Strong interpersonal, customer service, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
· Self-motivated and resourceful.
· Able to work independently and in teams.
· Technical expertise.
Working Conditions
· A fast-food restaurant environment requires you to be on your feet throughout the day.
· Bend and reach with your hands and arms.
· Daily lifting and/or ability to move up to 10 pounds and infrequently up to 50 pounds.
· Manual dexterity and coordination are required to perform the work using a personal computer and various software programs, a calculator, a phone, copy and fax machines, and other related tools and equipment.
