Job description
- Serve as a Windows System Administrator
- Support engineers responsible for leveraging next-generation infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain our systems, networks, and applications
- Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize system resources
- Develop and maintain documentation for system administration tasks and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows support?, * 5+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server / Desktop Operating Systems
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
- Experience with Windows deployment tools such as SCCM or MSDTF
- Coalition Wide Area Network (CWAN) experience
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Experience managing enterprise email systems (Exchange, Outlook)
- JWICS experience
- Familiarity with security best practices (e.g. firewalls, antivirus software), * Experience installing, configuring, and supporting the Linux operating system
- Knowledge of PowerShell / Python / Bash scripting and automation
- Certification in Microsoft MCSA or MCSE and other industry certifications
- Familiarity with security best practices (e.g. firewalls, antivirus software)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
- Proficiency in SQL Server administration
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ServiceNow), * Windows Systems administration: 5 years (Preferred)
- Linux systems administration : 2 years (Preferred)
- JWICS: 3 years (Preferred)
- Active Directory: 5 years (Preferred)
- scripting (Pythons, PowerShell, Bash): 3 years (Preferred)
- CWAN: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CI Polygraph Security Clearance (Preferred)

- Top Secret (Required)
