Job description

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to help shape intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences for enterprise technology products. This role sits within a collaborative product delivery environment and works closely with product owners, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver modern, user-centered design solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real user problems, influencing product direction, and elevating design maturity across teams. What You’ll Do

Lead user research efforts to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts clearly
Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces aligned with accessibility and usability standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and QA to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals
Plan and execute usability testing, iterate designs based on feedback and insights
Contribute to and help maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guidelines

Requirements

3-5+ years of UI/UX design experience in a product-driven or technology environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and execution
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in an agile team environment and take ownership of deliverables
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
