AI Product Owner

• Collaborating with team members, product owners and other stakeholders to build world class medical coding software.
• Working with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness.
• Leading team of data scientists and software developers to enhance our chart confidence pipeline with the goal of improving client automation.
• Evaluating team member recommendations, providing detailed feedback and assessing improvements.
• Reporting to internal stakeholders on progress and accomplishments of the team., Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment., * High School Diploma/GED from AND Fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment., * 3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications.
• 3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science.
• 3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related from an accredited institution.
• Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.
