Job description

Webster Fulfillment is currently seeking: An associate who will be responsible for gathering return orders, tracking return shipments, inventory control, communications with clients via email, SLACK and phone. This position requires strong technical skills and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Pulling merchandise from the warehouse floor to fulfill customers orders.
  • Packing and shipping orders to customers nationwide on behalf of e-Commerce clients.
  • Ensuring that inventory is well-organized and maintained while picking orders.
  • Assisting in finding missing items as well as placing items back into inventory.
  • Processing customer returns and stowing items back into facility inventory.
  • Unload, process and sort through freight and merchandise arriving via mail carrier trucks and organizing them by vendor.
  • Examining and inspecting products for defects and damages.
  • Actively participating and contributing ideas on ways to improve and/or optimize facility procedures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Must have strong computer and technical skills with web service operations, Microsoft office suit management, ability to operate mobile devices.

  • Able to utilize iPad/computer programs in a fast paced environment with changing dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve common goals and work on your own with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize multiple means of media to communicate directly with clients.
  • Able to lift 15-30 pounds consistently throughout a regular shift.
