Warehouse Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Clerk I is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory balances and ensuring optimal service levels to customers. This role combines warehouse and office responsibilities, with approximately 75% warehouse work and 25% office work.

Work Environment

• Dry warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 60°F to 90°F
• Use of a Crown Order Picker Machine that operates at heights up to 40 feet
• Overtime may be available occasionally based on business needs
• Steel-toe boots/shoes are highly recommended

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory balances
• Record daily inventory transactions completely, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate available stock balances are maintained
• Resolve monthly inventory reconciliation items in a timely and accurate manner
• Process physical inventories accurately and on schedule
• Identify and communicate inventory issues that may impact stock availability or customer service levels
• Participate in daily safety meetings and follow established safety protocols
• Utilize RF scanning devices and inventory systems to complete assigned tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 0-3 years of relevant experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Experience with warehouse inventory reconciliation preferred
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable working at elevated heights using warehouse equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform warehouse-related tasks throughout the workday
