Learning and becoming proficient in Terra Dotta Software (TDS).
Overseeing production and testing procedures to ensure software meets TD standards and is market-ready
Writing test cases, receiving data sets to test logic, error handling and system workflow. Verifying fixes.
Managing 3rd party value labs.
Attending and participating in product development, sales and client support meetings, product seminars, and industry trade shows.
Developing positive relationships with other Terra Dotta employees in Marketing, Product Support, Global Services, Finance, Product Management and Development, and other departments, as needed.
Collaborating with colleagues and supporting the overall team effort within the product development department.
Keeping abreast of IT industry trends.

Bachelors or Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree required
3-5 years’ experience in information technology and as an individual contributor
Solid experience with software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies; Agile, Scrum.
Self-starter with the innate passion to meet goals and deadlines
Organized with strong time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Optimistic attitude - a non-functioning product is not a deterrent
Creative thinker and methodical approach to solving problems
Resourceful in learning about higher education products
Ability to articulate software functionality in layman’s language
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Familiarity with Terra Dotta Software a plus
