Job description

Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications
Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
Create technical specifications and test plans
Strong understanding of application interfaces and their architecture (API) *

Requirements

Familiarity with:

Drupal
Dynamics 365
Power Apps (including Power BI and Flow)
Practical application of the Agile Methodology
Practical application of DevOps platforms
Knowledge of Web Services, RESTful APIs

Knowledge of:

Must have experience in UI Development, Web design, Web Development, Maintain applications and testing web pages with usability standards.
Good communication skills, strong work ethics & attitude, can work independently.
Solid design and programming with computer science-related problem-solving skills.
Must have strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Java Web Service Layers, JavaScript frameworks React, Redux, Angular - preference is for React
Good knowledge of writing client-side restful APIs.
Ability to write unit tests using Jasmine or equivalent.
Strong background in delivering enterprise-level applications.

Skills in:

Experience with source code control and software configuration management tools
Experience with relational database design and administration
Experience with JS libraries, HTML5, XSLT, and CSS
Experience developing in a continuous integration environment using source code control, automated testing, and build automation
Experience with agile development practices
