Your tasks would be…

  • Translate Figma designs into accurate, scalable, and maintainable Webflow implementations.
  • Create reusable components, CMS structures, page templates, and design systems to support efficient website production.
  • Implement animations and interactions while maintaining strong performance, usability, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess technical feasibility, and improve UX where needed.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for page speed, basic technical SEO, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Debug layout, interaction, CMS, and integration issues, and perform routine website maintenance and performance optimizations.
  • Support on-site SEO and AEO implementation, including semantic page structure, metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and content discoverability.
  • Stay up to date with Webflow capabilities, front-end best practices, emerging technologies, and web design trends.

Requirements

Do you have experience in JavaScript?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, design, or a related field.

  • You have experience working with Webflow and other modern CMS systems.
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience developing modern, responsive, cross-browser-compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ideally in an e-commerce or start-up environment.
  • You are data-driven and detail-oriented, valuing both performance metrics and strong design.
  • You understand SEO principles and how to apply them in website development.
  • You contribute your own ideas, vision, and improvements.
  • You enjoy working in an agile, creative environment where every idea matters.
