Job description

IDR is seeking a Data Center Operational Readiness Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will help drive operational readiness across rapid data center deployment programs by coordinating end-to-end post-sales activities leading into pre-deployment execution. You will be the central cross-functional partner connecting sales, finance, supply chain, project management, back-office teams, and vendors to ensure commitments are met., * Lead and coordinate post-sales through pre-deployment operational activities, ensuring deployment readiness across rapid data center programs.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales, finance, supply chain, project management, back-office teams, vendors, and partners to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Own operational visibility by consolidating reporting, dashboards, status updates, and executive communications into a centralized framework.
  • Track procurement, financial approvals, supply chain timelines, invoicing, material movement, and deployment milestones while identifying and escalating risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years in business operations, sales operations, supply chain program management, or a related operational leadership role; PMP preferred.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating across finance, supply chain, vendor management, sales operations, and back-office teams.
  • Strong expertise in operational reporting, KPI dashboards, executive business reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking using tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing vendors, partners, and customers while driving procurement, orders, shipments, invoicing, and deployment activities to completion.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, risk management, and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive stakeholders.
