AMX Trucking - Maintenance Database Specialist

• Work Order Management: Create, route, and close work orders while ensuring mechanics accurately record repair times and parts used.
• Asset Lifecycle Tracking: Set up and maintain vehicle profiles including VINs, warranty details, purchase dates, and component serial numbers.
• Parts & Inventory Management: Track spare parts inventory, process purchase orders, update stock levels, and reconcile vendor invoices with repair records.
• Data Auditing & Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators such as fleet uptime, total cost of ownership per unit, and technician efficiency.
• Vendor & Inventory Integration: Maintain parts catalog data from vendors and manage automated reorder points for critical components including brake pads, filters, and fluids.
• Data Compliance: Handle the intake and ongoing maintenance of large datasets to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support Leadership: By providing analytics that inform strategic decisions related to fleet reliability, cost control, and maintenance scheduling.
