JR Server Technician

We are seeking a JR Server Technician for a contract opportunity in Carrollton, TX, supporting data center and technical hardware operations across multiple facilities in the Dallas area. This is an excellent entry-level IT opportunity for a dependable, hands-on candidate who wants to build practical experience with servers, hardware, operating systems, and data center environments.

The JR Server Technician will support an important hardware lifecycle and liquidation project, including server removal, inventory control, component handling, and basic troubleshooting. This opportunity offers a stable weekday schedule, guaranteed full-time hours, and strong temp-to-hire potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Unrack servers and technical hardware from data center environments in a safe and organized manner.
• Inventory, sort, and palletize servers, components, and equipment for resale or processing.
• Salvage usable hardware parts for future deployment while following established handling procedures.
• Ensure all hard drives remain securely on-site in compliance with data security requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned hardware trouble tickets.
• Travel to and support multiple critical facilities across the Plano, Carrollton, Richardson, Coppell, Irving, and Dallas areas., AppleOne participates in the E-Verify program in certain locations as required by law.
