Job description

Translate business needs into clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized product backlog
Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned to strategic goals
Partner with development and business teams to drive Agile sprint planning and delivery
Monitor product progress, deliver status updates, and lead sprint reviews and retrospectives
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful product releases
Serve as a product subject matter expert and drive continuous product improvement

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
Experience in Homeowner’s P&C insurance industry
Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Billing platforms
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
