Job description

HR Additions has partnered with a growing organization seeking an experienced Contract HRIS Reporting Analyst to support an urgent HR reporting and analytics project. This individual will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and enhancing HR reports and dashboards, with a strong focus on Workday data and Power BI reporting. This role will be onsite initially for project briefing and knowledge transfer. The role will be remote thereafter. The project is anticipated to last 3 weeks., * Create, build, and analyze HR reports and dashboards utilizing Workday and Power BI.

  • Develop workforce analytics reporting, including turnover, attrition, headcount, retention, and other key HR metrics.
  • Extract, validate, and analyze HR data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Design and enhance reporting solutions to support HR and business leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable analytics.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, * 5+ years of experience with HR reporting and workforce analytics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting and data extraction.
  • Expert-level Power BI skills, including dashboard creation and report development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization abilities.
  • Must be available to work onsite initially for project briefing and knowledge transfer.
