Job description

  • Respond to and resolve support tickets within the internal HR technology ticketing platform
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining data across HR systems, including the applicant tracking system
  • Generate and analyze reports to support HR operations and decision-making
  • Contribute to ongoing HR technology and data projects as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, * Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on HRIS or HR data analysis experience

  • Proficiency in Workday is required
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal training
