Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Specialist

We are seeking Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Specialist to support enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and supporting Dynamics 365 environments, implementing security controls, managing integrations, and ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements., * Configure, administer, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

• Implement and maintain D365 security roles, permissions, IAM, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions.
• Support workflows, business rules, system integrations, and data migration activities.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Dataverse, Azure services, REST APIs, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing technical support.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF, and security requirements.
• Maintain system documentation and support audit and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and cybersecurity personnel to deliver business solutions.

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 modules:
• Customer Service
• Sales
• Field Service
• Finance & Operations
• Business Central
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of D365 security, workflows, integrations, Dataverse, and data management.

Certifications & Clearance

• Active Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (Fundamentals, Functional Consultant, Developer, or equivalent).
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

• Experience operating in IL4/IL5 cloud environments.
• Additional Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure are a plus., * Bachelor’s (Preferred)

• Microsoft Dynamics 365: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Active Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (Preferred)
