IT Help Desk Technician

Surf Bar is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our vibrant team in Oklahoma City. This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support our technology needs in the food and beverages industry. As an entry-level technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our staff and systems are running seamlessly., * Provide front-line support for IT-related issues and inquiries

• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for staff
• Maintain and update computer systems and local networks
• Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Monitor system performance and report issues to management
• Document all support activities in ticketing system
• Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service to all team members

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent; relevant IT certifications are a plus

• Basic understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
