Job description

  • Support client discovery, opportunity shaping, and solution development.
  • Design practical solution architectures for smart infrastructure, workplace technology, facilities systems, data, and vendor platforms.
  • Translate client needs into scopes of work, workplans, roadmaps, deployment plans, and delivery models.
  • Assess corporate real estate, facilities, workplace, and smart infrastructure environments.
  • Evaluate technology vendors, solution providers, platforms, and implementation partners.
  • Build business cases, quantify digital investment impact, define KPIs, establish baselines, and track value realization.
  • Support development of MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, governance models, and operating rhythms.
  • Manage client workstreams across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Build repeatable templates, playbooks, and delivery frameworks for future growth.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor performance evaluation?, The ideal candidate has a consulting background or consulting toolkit, strong real estate technology fluency, experience deploying technology in large enterprise or campus environments, and the ability to quantify the value of digital investments. This person should bring credibility across corporate real estate, facilities, workplace, IT, procurement, vendors, and site operations., * 6-10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace technology, smart buildings, PropTech, digital transformation, or infrastructure technology.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients or large corporate environments.
  • Understanding of real estate and facilities technology categories such as IWMS, CMMS/EAM, BMS/BAS, IoT, occupancy analytics, energy platforms, workplace experience platforms, data/reporting tools, or managed service models.
  • Experience with solution architecture, technology deployment, vendor evaluation, business case development, KPI design, and value tracking.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Professional network across enterprise real estate, facilities, workplace, solution providers, vendors, integrators, or PropTech ecosystem partners.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-stage environment.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Background

  • Prior manager-level role at Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, KPMG, Slalom, JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, or a comparable consulting/advisory environment.
  • Experience leading or supporting digital real estate, workplace technology, facilities transformation, smart campus, or PropTech strategy inside a major enterprise such as a large technology company, energy company, retailer, media company, financial institution, or global campus operator.
  • Experience with SOWs, MSAs, KPIs, SLAs, governance models, RFI/RFPs, vendor scorecards, deployment planning, and change management.
