Job description

  • Support financial and commercial analysis, including cash-flow impacts, billing, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare executive-level summaries, reports, and presentations on contract status, risks, costs, and key milestones.
  • Oversee contract performance, track deliverables, manage change orders and claims, and support dispute resolution.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on EPC contracting, design-build agreements, and large capital project procurement strategies.
  • Lead the drafting, negotiation, redlining, and execution of complex EPC and construction contracts, amendments, and commercial agreements.
  • Conduct commercial risk analysis, including indemnity reviews, liability assessments, insurance requirements, and change-order evaluations.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award development through execution, administration, performance monitoring, and closeout.
  • Collaborate with project management, procurement, engineering, legal, and finance teams throughout the solicitation and post-award phases.

Requirements

  • Strong experience drafting, negotiating, and administering EPC contracts.
  • 10+ years of progressive contract management or contract analysis experience.
  • Proficiency with contract management systems, MS Office, and financial analysis tools.
  • 3-5+ years supporting large EPC, industrial construction, or major infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting high-value or large-scale capital projects with executive-level visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change orders, claims, commercial risk, and contract performance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical, commercial, and leadership teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPCM, NCMA)
  • Experience in power generation, utilities, oil & gas, or energy infrastructure projects.
  • Educational backgrounds in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, Paralegal Studies, Communications, or related fields.
