TSM System Deficiency Records Management Specialist

• Serve as the one Local TSM Administrator; ensure trial equipment is ATO-compliant.
• Provide TSM and Electronic Trial Card (ETC) tool overviews to OPC PRO, USN INSURV, and shipbuilder personnel.
• Track deficiency records: Surveillance, Test Witnessing, Compartment Completion Inspection, CARs, Trial Cards, and PM records.
• Build and maintain ship-unique deficiency databases in the ETC tool and TSM system from creation through closure.
• Respond to USN INSURV trial-card database requests pre/during/post trials; support dockside and at-sea trial cycles.
• Maintain a deployable mini-LAN.

Do you have experience in Record keeping?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree (or at least 6 years relevant experience).

• Security+ certified.
• Proficient in the Government TSM system and the ETC tool.
• Expertise in MS Office; knowledge of ship-construction deficiency-records management.
• Physical: moderate walking/movement through an active shipyard and OPCs under construction.
