Data Migration Analyst

• Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc.
• Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth’s platform
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration
• Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process
• Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Migration Analyst with a strong background in implementing SaaS solutions and managing data transitions between complex systems. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful migration experience for customers moving from legacy platforms into our solution., * 2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology company

• Strong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or other ETL platforms
• Experience mapping and transforming data between complex systems
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience migrating customers from legacy or on-premise systems into SaaS environments.
• Exposure to data migration in healthcare.
