Kinaxis Solution Architect

Collaborate with clients during the pre-sales and discovery phases to understand business needs and define solution scope.

• Lead the end-to-end solution design process, from blueprinting technical requirements to overseeing implementation.

• Serve as the primary architectural lead on large-scale supply chain software deployments.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Guide and mentor functional consultants and implementation teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, present solution designs, and support stakeholder engagement.

This role is 100% remote but will require travel as needed (up to 75%) in North America and occasionally Europe.

8+ years of experience in supply chain software implementations.

• 3+ years as a Solution Architect on enterprise-level transformation projects.

• Deep expertise in supply chain planning solutions, specifically Kinaxis Maestro & Rapid Response

• Strong experience in blueprinting technical requirements and solution mapping.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to work in client-facing roles and manage stakeholder expectations. - Proficiency with SQL, R and/or Java Script
