Clinical Director of IOP/PHP Services ( LCSW, Ph.D. or Psy.D. only)

• Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure effective delivery of patient care services in mental health.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures in accordance with JCAHO standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to clinical staff to foster professional growth.
• Analyze clinical performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, administration, and external stakeholders.
• Marketing and networking for all programs.
• Follow directives of CEO.

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Must have one of the following licenses- LCSW, Ph.D., or Psy.D.

Must have mental health experience in IOP and PHP

Must have adminstrative experience - ideally in a for-profit settings.

Must have clinical mental health experience ( 1-3 years)

Must be willing to work some evenings and nights ( until 7 or 8 pm ) and want to work 40+ plus hours weekly.

Must be highly motivated and very flexible for a variety of skills.

Familiar with mental health DCF/DPH and JCAHO standards.

The Director of Clinical Services plays a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of our healthcare facility.
