Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to help shape how a growing aerospace manufacturer uses AI across the business. Rather than working on customer-facing products, you’ll be building internal tools, automations, and AI-driven applications that improve efficiency for teams across operations, sales, finance, supply chain, and other departments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Building custom web applications and internal business tools
• Creating AI-powered automations and workflow solutions
• Integrating APIs, databases, and third-party systems
• Developing and testing new AI use cases across the business
• Working with department leaders to understand processes and eliminate inefficiencies
• Evaluating emerging AI technologies and recommending practical solutions

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, * 3+ years of software development experience

• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages
• Experience building web applications, business tools, or workflow automation solutions
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI APIs, Claude, Azure AI, LangChain, or similar technologies
• Experience integrating APIs and working with databases or data pipelines
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Ability to take a business problem and turn it into a working solution quickly

Nice-to-Have Experience

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• AI agents and automation frameworks
• Low-code/no-code AI platforms
• AI orchestration tools
• Manufacturing, engineering, or operational business environments

Schedule: Flexible 1st shift hours (typically around 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Travel: Minimal, typically quarterly or project-based Compensation: $120-150K
