Onsite IT Technician

We are seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer hardware, software, networks, Microsoft Servers, VMware, Active Directory and Group Policy, printers, and end-user support while ensuring reliable and secure IT operations., End User Support

• Provide onsite and remote support for staff
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Resolve help desk tickets promptly
• Support Windows desktops and laptops
• Assist users with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications

Hardware Management

• Configure and deploy computers, laptops, servers
• Install and maintain printers and scanners
• Manage equipment inventory
• Coordinate warranty and vendor repairs

Network Support

• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues
• Support switches, firewalls, and internet connections
• Support DHCP, DNS, and Terminal Servers
• Work with external vendors as needed

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Create and manage user accounts
• Manage email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint access
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain security groups and permissions

Documentation

• Maintain IT documentation
• Document systems and procedures
• Track assets and licenses

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * 3-5+ years of IT support experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Strong knowledge of Windows Servers and VMware
• Fortinet VPN
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience with printers, scanners

Technical Assessment Requirement

Candidates selected for an interview will be required to complete a hands-on technical assessment designed to evaluate their ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
