IT Associate/Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dedicated IT Associate/Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic operations team. This role combines technical support with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration of information technology systems and efficient warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, operating heavy equipment, and supporting order fulfillment processes. • Manage inventory control processes, including stock counting, cycle counting, and reconciliation using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
• Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing shipments, verifying orders, and maintaining accurate records
• Assist with order picking and packing tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment using various mechanical tools and manual handling techniques
• Utilize AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for data entry, order processing, and inventory updates
• Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards through proper training and adherence to safety protocols
• Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials, stocking shelves, and managing warehouse layout for optimal flow
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment or systems to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
• Participate in regular maintenance of warehouse tools and heavy equipment to ensure safety and functionality
