Job description

  • Order Processing & Warehouse Operations:
  • Assist with processing inbound and outbound orders, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and loading.
  • Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and promptly report findings to supervisors.
  • Perform kitting, rework, and firmware/hardware upgrades in accordance with FDA and client guidelines.
  • Register all transactions accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Assist with inventory counts and ensure accuracy in orders and shipments.
  • Maintain organized records, including shipping, order details, and delivery information.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all warehouse safety protocols.
  • Properly handle e-waste and warehouse tools in accordance with safety standards.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Adhere to ISO 13485, FDA, and other regulatory standards as applicable to warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality procedures throughout all tasks.
  • Report any damages, stock discrepancies, and recommend process improvements to management.
  • Additional Support:
  • Deliver supplies and equipment to other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse sorting?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Personnel Placements, LLC seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse IT Associate to support our warehouse operations. This individual will assist with processing inbound and outbound orders, ensure inventory accuracy, and handle various IT-related tasks, including system registrations and firmware/hardware upgrades. The ideal candidate will have basic IT experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment., * High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • Experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Entry-level IT experience required.
  • Familiarity with RF devices, voice picking systems, or similar warehouse technology is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures; forklift license preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift, move, and transport items up to 45 pounds.
  • Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and IT devices
