Windows System Administrator

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 & Windows Administrator with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services, Windows systems, Active Directory, and endpoint management solutions while ensuring secure and efficient IT operations., * Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

• Manage Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID, including user provisioning, group management, permissions, and Group Policy administration.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations and Windows Server environments.
• Support endpoint management and device compliance using Microsoft Intune or similar MDM solutions.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability across Microsoft and Windows platforms.
• Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues through IT service desk processes.
• Maintain user accounts, access controls, and security policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to support hybrid cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot networking issues related to DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and connectivity.
• Manage incident, service request, and change management activities through ticketing systems.
