We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (Presales Solutions) to join our team as the trusted business partner to our Solutions Engineering (SE) and Solutions Consulting (SC) leadership. The ideal candidate will be an AI-native, data-driven operator who thrives in solving complex problems and accelerating revenue through pre-sales excellence. You will focus on Solutions functions spanning deal inspection, performance and forecasting, territory design and capacity planning, variable compensation, and scalable engagement frameworks. You will drive the rhythm of business for our Solutions leaders by unlocking data insights, inspecting performance, forecasting pipeline and capacity needs, and influencing strategic decisions. You’ll also continuously innovate and enhance our technology automation and AI solutions to deliver compelling pre-sales operations at global scale. This role will represent our stakeholder teams in cross-company projects and initiatives centered on accelerating deal velocity and revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency., * Drive forecasting, deal inspection, and win/loss analysis for Solutions Engineering, providing weekly pacing updates, confidence overlays, and strategic narrative to SE leadership
- Accelerate AI transformation within the Solutions organization, from opportunity identification and prioritization through requirements definition, design, development, deployment and governance
- Build and orchestrate AI agents that automate high-volume operational workflows (e.g., deal prep, loss analysis, forecast digests, QBR generation), applying agentic architecture including skills-based design, agent chaining, and composable frameworks
- Design and maintain SE:AE territory alignment, capacity models, and headcount plans to ensure optimal coverage across segments, geographies, and deal complexity tiers
- Manage variable compensation operations end-to-end: target setting, leading indicator definition, quota uploads, attainment tracking, incentive development, and payout governance
- Produce QBRs, executive summaries, and cross-functional communications that synthesize SE and SC performance into compelling narratives for leadership
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions by utilizing a mix of process improvements, automation, and AI-driven tools to revolutionize critical business processes and increase team productivity
- Synthesize the Solutions experience and overall trends to drive cross-functional alignment with teams including Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product & Engineering, and Finance
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * 5+ years in an Operations and/or Strategy role focused on Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering/Consulting, or similar GTM functions
- Deep knowledge of pre-sales methodology, deal qualification, pipeline management, solution scoping, and related performance metrics
- Track record of leading technology-enabled business process transformations, with an emphasis on strategic application of AI and automation tools and techniques (e.g., Claude, Gemini, n8n, Retool, Zapier, Make)
- AI-native professional who actively leverages generative and agentic AI in their day-to-day work, bringing firsthand expertise to help internal teams unlock the full potential of automation
- Expert in managing and analyzing data, including building reports and models for executives and senior leaders, front line managers and individual contributors
- Experience with managing budgets, running a forecasting cadence, and performing variance analysis
- Effective at engaging and influencing executive stakeholders, building consensus, and driving collaborative change
- Demonstrated leadership role in building/scaling teams and workflows, preferably in a pre-sales, solutions, or revenue operations function
- Direct experience with a SaaS business model, customer journey and core KPIs in a high-growth, global environment
- Proficient with Salesforce, ClickUp, Gong, or comparable platforms
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action: hands-on, scrappy, and able to take projects to the finish line
- Exhibits extreme accountability and ownership, with an obsession for continuous improvement and mastery of your craft
