Interface Lead

• Integration Delivery: Lead a high-performing technical team through the complete analysis, design, development, and testing of complex batch and real-time interface programs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary engineering liaison with systems integrators and legacy asset owners, translating functional requirements into approved Interface Control Documents (ICDs).

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

• 10+ years of experience in federal financial management systems, including a minimum of 5 years explicitly leading interface development teams for enterprise-scale software deployments.
• Proven, hands-on experience designing and developing both batch and real-time interfaces specifically for CGI Momentum products.
• 2+ years of experience successfully directing technical teams within an Agile or SAFe framework.
• Mastery of designing, updating, and finalizing comprehensive Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).

Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

• Familiarity with enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies, Red Hat JBoss EAP, or Red Hat Fuse architectures.
• Experience converting manual test frameworks into automated regression testing scripts.
